Whether you live near or far, support mechanisms are available to you!  First, our own SLIM TechCircle is comprised of ESU graduate students, many of them in the SLIM program.  Their site page offers information and other technical resources.  You are welcome to email slimhelp@emporia.edu, call 620-341-5235 (or Toll-Free: 1-800-552-4770, ext 5235), or stop by in the William Allen White Library, Room 319E.  For personal visits, it's best to call ahead.

Emporia State also has a very nice group of folks who staff the IT Help Desk.  Call 877.341.5555 toll free with your technology questions.  Hours for the help desk are posted on the Help Desk site page; you are also welcome to stop in Cremer Hall, first floor, during posted business hours if you are on campus or in the area.
